Skirts with raised waist are in vogue. Short variant A, absolutely unsophisticated, no fastener and held in place with a tie band. Long variant B with stitched pleats and back zip-fastener.
Women's sizes: 36 to 46 (bust 33" to 41", waist 26" to 34", hip 35.5" to 43.5").
Recommended fabrics: linen, lightweight denim, crepe fabrics, cottons.
